Standard delivery in mainland France is offered for any purchase exceeding 300 euros including tax.
Packages are generally shipped within 48 working hours* after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature. If you would like a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Delivery has the same treatment as for mainland France, but a higher cost may be applied depending on the country.
In the event of an error or defect recognized by the Horspist after-sales service, a package can be returned to us, and the return costs can be reimbursed to you. You must first notify the after-sales service who will study your request and after acceptance, will ask you to return the product, well packaged and protected, in the condition in which you received it.
In the event of a return for reasons of choice, color or size, you must proceed in the same way. Return costs will remain your responsibility.
Horspist reserves the right to refuse a return in the event of abuse.
The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.
Only items in the underwear and protective mask category cannot be returned.
